How can you make a difference?

  • Editing: Reviews of the sample design and native and improve the version with the help of internal success stories and other materials; reviewing background literature, re-writing sections of the report, editing and proof-reading. Collect Additional information and details where needed in liaise with KM Officer and Communication Section in case of questions and need of photos;
  • Build the design of the document;
  • Submit the final draft to the KM Officer for approval. Revise the draft if needed as per inputs received from KM Officer;
  • Re-doing and improving on the existing graphic design and layout including photos;
  • Producing an interactive PDF with hyperlinks and other interactive features for UNICEF Cameroon and U-Report Websites;
  • 10 hard copies (5 in French and 5 in English) per document sent to UNICEF Cameroon Office in Yaoundé

    To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Professional editor and designer, experienced working with other UNICEF Offices around the world and international organizations or in an international context; Ability to deliver high quality documents and Annual reports per the specified quality and technical requirements.

    How to apply?

    Candidates must submit technical and financial offers separately. The technical offer should provide the justifications for the qualifications, experiences and skills of the candidate. While the financial bid will focus on the costs of the consultation described based on deliverables in the table 1.

    Technical offer will be evaluated on a total of 70 points. The technical evaluation criteria are:

    NOTE : Only candidates with the minimum score of 49 points will see their financial offers opened. The successful candidate will be the one who gets the highest score after combination of the technical and financial offers.
