Central African Republic: Required Senior Evaluation/ Public Health Experts for a Multi-Country Evaluation

We are looking for Evaluation Experts (Community Health (CH); particularly CH systems/information system, policies, supply chain management) in Central Africa Republic (CAR), Chad, and Guinea-Bissau.

Purpose and Objectives:

To conduct a multi-country evaluation of community health programme.

Evaluation will be administered using OECD-DAC Critieria.

Scope:

3 countries ( Central Africa Republic (CAR), Chad, and Guinea-Bissau ) from Western and Central Africa Region.

Requirement:

• Advance university degree in public health, social science research and other relevant field;
• More than 10 years of experience in programme evaluation and must have completed at least three high quality programme/project evaluation in that period (a copy of two evaluation reports will need to be submitted a part of the application)
• Command of quantitative and qualitative methods of research and evaluation methods based on equity, human rights and gender;
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English as well as skills in facilitation of participatory processes
• Previous evaluations in community health-related areas will be an asset.
• Good work experience in rural communities of West and Central Africa;
• Good knowledge of UNICEF approaches
